OTB Sign Up - 2008 Season
Over Thirty Baseball is now accepting applications for new players for our waiting list for the 2008 season.
NEW PLAYERS
You have 3 options for signing up:

Option 1 - sign up online through our secure web server using a credit card.
To do this, click

Option 2 - download the registration form, print, fill out, and mail to OTB.
For this option, you’ll need to complete 2 steps:
Step 1 - Download the registration form (which includes the Supplemental Player Experience form).

Print the registration forms, fill them out completely, and mail to:

Step 2 - Send email to to notify the league that you are mailing in your registration forms.

All new player registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Option 3 - request the registration forms be mailed to your home, fill out, and mail to OTB.
For this option, you’ll need to complete 3 steps:
Step 1 - Call our league registrar, John Gianino, at 978-453-4444.
Leave your name and phone number and John will return your call and then mail a registration package to you.
Step 2 - Once you receive the registration forms, fill them out completely, and mail them to:
